In Essex, Momentum’s client wish to maximise the space in their 2.5-bedroom semi-detached house. By extending over the existing garage, we will add two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. On the ground floor, the garage will be converted into a habitable space, while the existing glass conservatory will be replaced with a single-storey rear extension, creating a more functional kitchen and living area. Renovations will modernise the property throughout, an extended roof overhang at the rear of the first floor will provide solar shading, and all existing windows will be replaced with new double-glazed windows.
