A sustaining architectural force.

Proactive design with progress at its core, we push properties towards a more considered future. Where others merely go through the motions, at Momentum we set a new standard for success — breathing life into stagnant spaces and reconfiguring properties to maximise potential in the present.

Specialising in projects within the residential sector — we give structure to a broader perspective; using intelligent architectural design to evolve liveability and move projects forwards with precision and pace.

More than mere drive, but a gravitational pull.

This is Momentum.

  • Jamie Sleep

    FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

A push for proactivity — ahead of the curve and conversation, Jamie’s approach to architecture and design sees projects progress with ease. A shift in perspective and location alike, his degree saw him study both home and abroad — acquiring a postgrad (and a diverse design outlook) in Suzhou, China. Mastering an English and international point of view, he designs buildings for a broader scope — realising the potential of properties across a multitude of scales and sectors. Pacey in nature and nimble in practice, Jamie’s forward-thinking approach moves buildings closer to their future in the present - meeting briefs and exceeding expectations at every project touchpoint.
