In North London, after securing planning approval, we converted a disused motor garage into a charming 3-bedroom home. We preserved as much of the original building as possible, introducing new windows along the existing ventilation lantern to maximise sunlight. The industrial character of the structure is retained with an exposed brick and vertical beam finish. This project highlights our commitment to maintaining historical elements while creating modern living spaces.
