In Cardiff, our client aimed to maximise their living space in a 3-bed property. The proposal includes a loft conversion with a rear dormer, a gable-ended front dormer, front skylights, and a two-story extension replacing the disused garage. This transformation will add a new master bedroom, two additional loft bedrooms, and create an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area on the ground floor, along with new utility and office spaces for comfortable living and working. To boost energy efficiency, we’re adding solar panels on the roof.
